At Eternal Yoga, we specialise in assisting you to discover a deeper understanding of your body and how you can regain suppleness and balance. The classes and one to one lesson’s aim to help you function well in everyday life and overcome the aches, pains and stiffness which age can bring.
You develop at your own pace and at no point will you be pushed or pulled to achieve a position which causes you discomfort or pain.
Hatty and Karen have been teaching since 2003 with empathy and sensitivity. They will teach you how every part of your body connects and responds with each other and how something as simple as listening to your own body can help you find what will work for you. If your goal is simply to touch your toes again, if it is to feel stronger and more balanced, to find calm and feel restored then Eternal Yoga is where you will achieve it.
